Customer Success Coordinator

We’re looking for the newest member of our Growth, Sales & Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will have between 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

You will be responsible for helping develop and implement change-management strategies to effectively onboard new customers, build relationships with prospects, and ensure the continued success of the existing customer base.

We’re at a pivotal stage in our SaaS product journey so there will be plenty of opportunities to try new things, take initiative, find out what excites you, and hone your skills.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with prospects

  • Change management of customers transitioning to our product

  • Advocating for the customer experience, and making sure we deliver on things that matter most to them

  • Building and maintaining long term, trusting relationships with our customer base

  • Maintaining customer health with a focus on zero churn

  • Product demonstrations and onboarding
